Light oak but that's pretty much the extent of the character here. Overhyped like Diddy. Dark maroon pour with ok head. Tangy sour finish. Tap at The Source.

Dark brown with small beige head. Sour fruity aroma. Sour fruity taste with slight sweet notes. Lasting sour aftertaste on the tongue.

My Bottom Line:
Sour cherry allusions bring delicate earth and raisins to red wine vinegar territory, as a lactic splash of acidity garnishes the palate at every sip’s end.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A ring of foam crowns the darkest mahogany.
-Acidity levels are quite high, which lowers drinkability.
-Flavor development is bright and engaging.
-Mineral edges are found.
-The acidity is also citrusy.
-Goat cheese must be marvellous with this.

Bottle.

(thanks for sharing!) Sampled draft @ The Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. Day 1. Deep bright red ruby. Nose is acidic puckering vinegar massive oak. Taste is basic sour oak, puckering, massive oak, acidic. Body is basic sour, vinegar. Nice but a bit too harsh & simple.

Tap (One More Beer Festival 2017, Kraków). Piana niska, beżowa, drobnopęcherzykowa, redukuje się do obwódki, koronkowanie przeciętne. Barwa miedziana, opalizujące. Aromat intensywny, kwaśny, czerwone owoce. Goryczka niska. W smaku czerwone owoce, cytrynowa kwaśność na poziomie średnim plus. Pełnia średnia, nasycenie średnie minus.
