37.5 bottle from The Bottle Shop, Bermondsey. It pours a clean ruby copper color with minimal beige head that disappears immediately. Aroma is tangy lactic zesty acidic with notes of lemon juice and tart red berries. Lightly vinous. Taste is also tart acidic with more lemon and vinous notes. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Overall, tasty sour

37cl bottle. Gusher. Pours a deep burgundy red, with visible carbonation and a beige head with no retention. Smells of red grapes and wine, dark fruit, prunes, raisins, caramel and quite a bit of oak. Sour and very rich in flavour, with notes of unripe grapes, red currant, gooseberries and a very feint but perfectly integrated caramel background. Very nice.

From bottle brought back from Oregon. Pours a dark, almost opaque mahogany. Nose is just a hint of cherries and other dark fruit, definitely lets you know its a sour. Taste is sour apples and cherries, oak. Im a big fan!

Dark mahogany pour. Forced some white bubbles to form, but no head. No lacing. Brett funk and coffee notes. Some dark fruit. Thin malty taste with a big acetic bite. Tart and sour.
