Pours a hazy brown. Oak and fruity aroma with a hint of funk. Moderate sourness is rounded by some sweeter malt and raisin qualities. Light body with just a bit of carbonation. A great sour.

On tap at at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. Pours brown with off-white head. Lots of wood, some caramel in nose, some fruity notes. Quite acidic, some vinegar. Medium bodied.

@ Crooked Stave Tasting hosted by Kraddel. Bottled 2013. Batch 2. Aroma is very nice and complex woody acidity; therefore the taste is disappointing. Very one-dimensional acetic acid. Palate is slightly puckering.

At the crooked stave tasting. Pours unclear dark amber to brown. No real head. Smell is fleshy, oak, bit tart, very full. Taste is strong, sour, tart, bit lactic, oak, tad fruity, very dry. Very intense. Not bad.

Tap (Pogromcy Meatów, Wrocław). Kwas w aromacie zbalansowany drewnem beczki. Smak kwaśny, ściągający ale mimo to piwo jest dość gładkie, mało kwaśne w odbiorze. Ogólnie bardzo dobry kwas ba.

(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20171031) Batch #8. The beer poured deep ruby red and clear. Its head was medium sized and nearly white. Aroma had sweetness, berries wood and tartness. Palate was medium bodied and dryish with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, tartness, berries, wood and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart and bitter. A well done tart brew with sweet notes.
