Hazy pink golden color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Lots of juicy grapefruit, citrus, hay, wood, sour finish.

June 2015 bottle @ home with lenincat. Hazy yellow orange appearance with no head. Aroma is lots of beautiful, funky, tropical fruity Brett. There’s some lemon and yogurt notes as well. Flavor tastes like citrus fruit peels. Carbonation is awfully weak. Kind of fun. Better than expected and could even be better with more vibrant carbonation.

375 (I think), capped. Pours a cloudy bright pinkish orange with a dense and creamy pale tan head. Bright tangy pink grapefruit juice on the nose, along with lemony sour notes. Creamy medium body, a bit pulpy, moderate carb. Lightly sweetened cereal with a bright, acidic grapefruit bite on the mid palate. Long tangy tart finish.

Pours a hazy light orangish color with fizzy light white head. Citrus, grapefruit, funk, tartness, and oak on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied. Finishes with grapefruit, tart and dry.

June 2015 bottle. Murky pinkish yellow with no head. Aroma is grapefruit, funk, and sour citrus. Taste is grapefruit, funk, juicy citrus, and lactic acid. Not super sour but very nice and balanced.

375ml bottle pours hazy orange with small head. Nose is toasty grapefruit, grain, light funk and cheese, citrus. Taste is strong grapefruit, bitter, pithy, citrus, toast, light oak, some funk. Finishes bitter, grapefruit juice, Oceanspray, cereal, light oak spice. A bit too much grapefruit for me.

riversideAK (6265) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - APR 17, 2016
Huge poop sulfur nose some dusty Belgian notes some grapefruit. Hazy yellow pour like all their light sour beers no head. Flavors of grapefruit poop dry mineral more fresh grapefruit. Probably the best part is the fresh grapefruit which is then followed by poop and dust. Flabby carb.

Bottle at home to the dome. Pour is hazy grapefruit juice with a big white head that quickly dissipated. Citrusy, horse blanket, funky, bready, lemony, and hay in the aroma. Taste is toasted crackers, some veggie note, lemons, citrusy, bread, and cheese notes - lingering toasted malty finish. Medium body with high carbonation. This is one weird fucking beer.

Bottle at Andy’s for sour beer and board game Saturday. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Slightly buttery on the nose, oak and soft grapefruit juice on the nose, a touch of pith. Medium bodied, tart acid, a touch of citrus and peels. Grapefruit, tartness, acid and funk. Tart and funky into the finish, a bit of musk and tangy acid.
