On tap at Red Cow North Loop. Pours a clear copper with a pink hue and a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma is full of tart light fruits with light grains and a bit of rose underlying. Flavor has sour light fruits and rose with light grains and oak backing.

Bottle split at L42, thanks to LKS, 26/09/17. Lightly hazed cherry red with a decent crimson cap. Nose is jammy berries, floral whisper, light funk blanket, balsa wood, damp hay, apple core. Taste comprises tangy red berry skins, vinous touch, light spice, soured plums, tarte berry must, pissy citric tingle, funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light acidic nip. Decent easy drinking sour with a good depth of flavour for the ABV.

Level 42 Bottleshare. Thanks to Leighton. Hazy pale apricot beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light dry and has decent fine carbonation. Thin malts, a little of that burnt hazelnut flavour that sour beers sometimes get. Good generic fruits. Finishes dry with spice and some lemon acid starting to burn. Ok.

Pours a clear reddish orange with a thin ring of white bubbles. Tart, sweet, fruity aroma. Taste is lightly sweet, tart and sour fruit. Nice light tingle on the tongue with a smooth finish. Light lingering aftertaste. Not as tart as I hoped for but still fairly enjoyable.
