This stuff was freaking awesome, but I didn't take good notes, and I don't know how to properly write and describe my experience for sour beers yet. But I know that in my book this was a 4/5 after rating a crapload of beers in general. Like this dry hopping of the sours to give them a bit more complexity and interest especially in the nose. (obviously)

Flaska från Bergrum. Disig gyllengul vätska med högt vitt skum. Funkig och ganska syrlig, citron, friska vårblommor, gräs, hö, funk, lite citronzestig beska. Mycket gott.

Bottle, Brewdog Leicester. Hazy golden with a white head. Tart green apple with white grape skin. Wild strawberry. Yeasty and spritzy. Lightly woody. Citrus bite. Hints of banana. Floral. Wild yeast. Minerals. Funk. Lightly woody. Very good.

Hazy golden color with huge fluffy white head. Aroma has nice rustic notes la fresh herbs, meadow flower, wood, barnyard and unripe orchard fruits. Taste starts tart and follows with mostly the same barnyard flavors, a bit more hay and soft woody bitterness, still quite fruity, not too dry. Medium body with medium plus carbonation. Not too complex but it's nicely balanced and easy drinking.

Batch #4 from bottle at Craft Bier Fest, Vienna! Clear light golden color with a white head. The aroma is relatively mild, herbal with elderflower, some spices, lemon. Medium body with a medium sourness and a light to medium bitterness - very well balanced. The flavor starts with sour citric notes along with sour berries, lemon, orange, hints of grapefruits, white grapes and lightly herbal, floral and finishes dry with a nice hoppy bitterness. Crisp with a good drinkability and a good hop presence.

Bottle at Birreria Volo. Golden pour. The aroma is great. Intense funky horse blanket with some vineous character and a bit of tartness. Hay and funky tartness with some great juiciness and a bit of soft sweetness. There’s a bit of grsss and some zesty fruit. Has an awesome sort of grape nose as well as the funk and the tart.

Fantastisk.
