2013/batch 7. Pours a cloudy golden apricot with a thick white head that leaves nice lacing as it shrinks. Aroma is lemon zest, coriander, and funk. Flavor is sour citrus. Lemon and orange zest. Some funk as well. Thin to medium. Really good beer. kapusil (1475) - Budapest, HUNGARY - MAY 14, 2016
0.375l bottle. Slightly hazy golden body, thin white head. Aroma of bread, lemon zest, berries and a bit of bubble gum. Taste of lemon zest, vinegar, bread, apricot and some citruses. Quite sour for a saison, but pretty good. GTAEgeek (2333) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - MAY 4, 2016
375 mL bottle, brough by Zach. Pours a cloudy yellow color, with a medium, bubbly, white head. The nose is lemon peels, yeast and white bread, musty hay and light barnyard funk, and a bit of rosemary. Dry flavor, with a lightly tart finish. Light to medium body, dry, chalky, and acidic. This is a mellow and subtle saison, with a good, easy brett funk that dries it out pretty nicely. oldrtybastrd (5003) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - APR 12, 2016
Grassy, fruity aromas with an effervescent light fruity flavor with a little funk going on. Damn fine beer.

Bottle at Smelteverket, april 1st 2015. Light hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is tart with tropical fruit, funky brett. Taste of straw, citric fruits, mild brett funk, dry and clean finish. Refreshing amd nice. islay (2920) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - MAR 26, 2016
12.7 oz. bottle, consumed on 3-25-16. Labeled “July 2015,” presumably a “bottled in” month. Initially clear (but hazy in later pours), bright, borderline brilliant, almost orange-ish gold. Final pour has an apricot nectar-like appearance from the yeast. Moderate amount of short-lasting, beige head. Sparkling, fast-rising bubbles. Looks good and appetizing. Tangy, citric aroma. The smell definitely is of Brett, but it’s decidedly young Brett. Orange, tangerine, and grapefruit scents. Apple juice. Highly appetizing smell. Tart, citric, acidic taste. Fresh lemons. Apple cider vinegar. Olive brine. Minerals. Toothpaste with baking soda. Quite tart in fact, perhaps slightly excessively so. Some of that Band-Aid like bitter, medicinal, chemical quality that often comes with Brett, but not much and not in a bad way. A lot going on in the flavor. Pleasant, milky, chalky, dry aftertaste. Medium body, heavier than I expected given the low ABV. Some froth in the palate. Easy to drink and refreshing. FatPhil (16891) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - MAR 26, 2016
375ml bottle (Beerfox, Riga)suurjuust (3674) - ESTONIA - MAR 26, 2016
Lovely fruity aroma, plenty of esters, but light. Hazy straw, small brief head. Very light palate, gentle acidity. Almost a bit watery. Gentle bready malts, bretty herbal dryness, but some other wild yeast causing the acidity. A bit boring, to be honest. Might be a mood thing, but this is not the beer for me right now.
UPDATED: MAR 26, 2016 Bottle 2014, shared by Phil. Almost clear yellow beer, small white head. Nose is citric, zesty, tart, hops, mild brett. Flavor is lemony, barnyardy notes, tart, dry. Very zesty finish, mild bitterness. Lingering lemon peel. Crisp mouthfeel, refreshing. Marduk (8206) - Reval, ESTONIA - MAR 26, 2016
375ml bottle (thanks FatPhil). Slightly hazy, pale straw color. Small size, white head, stays as a ring. Leather, manure, horse, peachesand bit of yeast in aroma. Lemon juice, sourish, fruity, yeast in taste. Lemony fruity zest in aftertaste. Feels watery, but also crisp. Drinkable brew.
