Amarelo claro de leve turbidez, espuma branca de boa formao e persistncia. No aroma brett bombando, alaranjada, frutas amarelas, leve dulor e acidez. Paladar de leve dulor sem amargor. Corpo bem leve e mdia carbonatao. Final seco mas refrescante, brett sempre presente e na medida, um leve amargor amadeirado com o aumento da temperatura que adicionou complexidade. Muito boa.

Bottle picked up on trip to Fort Collins. Very sour aroma with a slight woody note coming from the bottle. Pours a slightyly hazy pale yellow with a light white head. Sourness puckers immediately on the first taste with some light sweetness to balance. Some dry hay and mustiness with a little earthy bitterness poke through, but the sourness dominates with a lemon/lime tartness. This slowly becomes more balanced as you drink it. I wasnt sure I liked it at first, but halfway through it was much more drinkable. Finishes tart with a lasting bitterness that builds up on the tongue. Sours arent my thing, but I can tell this is a very good one and its very well made.

Bottle at home. Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head. Funky, brett, grass, hay, oak, citrusy fruits, lemon peel, light peppery note to it. Has that typical American funk/sour to it. Medium sour, light sweet, light bitter. Medium body, low carbonation.

Me encanta. Muy equilibrada sin desencantar a quienes buscamos las acidez ni asustar a quien no est acostumbrado. Aromas ctricos, bretts, ligera barrica. Un perfil muy de vino blanco con final seco. La repito siempre que la encuentro.

375ml bottle pours out a hazy straw color topped with a small white head. Nose is vinegar lots of citrus notes oak barrel. Taste is more of the citrus zest twist a tart vinegar bite and the oak.

(bottle) Pours a cloudy yellow color with a fast dissipating white head that forms a thin ring around the tulip glass. Aroma contains an initial punch of oak and peach with an herbal undertone (I think lemony thyme), and a floor of funk. Slight vanilla and lemon custard. Flavor contains plenty of lemon, mineral water, oak, that finishes with a quick bitterness and lingering oak. This sounds simplistic, but everything works here. Mouthfeel is medium and carbonation is sprightly. Normally I wouldnt have bought this due to the price, but I picked this up on a discount price ($5.99) and Im glad I did.
