Tasting at Bruces pad. Thanks to Jack for completing the Crooked Stave hattrick this evening. Hazy amber beer, no real head. Light dry palate. Pretty sour - almost acidic. Odd juxtaposition of mellow bourbon and very tart fruits. Dry finish. Just a bit beyond my comfort zone of sourness but tasty.
