Botella. Hazy deep amber reddish colour, bubbly head. Sweet aroma, fruity and dark fruity, caramel, wood and bourbon, sourish tart bit, sweet. Good mouthfeel. Sweet dark fruity berry caramel somewhat sourish tart pleasant flavour with a nice warming alco finish.

Draft. A brown beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of bourbon, brettanomyces, and malt. The flavor is a bit acidic with notes of bourbon, brett, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

Murky brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is sour fruits, oak, caramel, vinegar, Taste is light to medium sweet with some toffee, dark sugar,hints of dried fruits with a sour fruity finish with a touch of wood and bourbon. Medium bodied, soft to average carbonation.

Draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. Clear dark brown liquid with a small white head. Aroma of fruit, light vinegar, lemon, red berries, wood and light bourbon. Taste is light sweet and light to medium sour with notes of dried fruit and lemon. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice.

Bottle, thanks to brewthusiast. Pours clear deep tawny port, minimal head or lacing. Aroma is malty, tart cherry, oak. Flavor is light tart with some residual sweetness, dark sugars, tart cherry, oak, a bit earthy. Medium body, nearly no carbonation. ABV is really well masked for 11.5%

[email protected] 2015, Green Session - dark brown coloured pour with tan head. Starting with a sweet malty aroma and taste but then a sour acidic hit, dark fruity and nutty, caramel, toffee, brown sugar to vinegar, some spices on the palate, bourbon infused wooden nuances.
