Batch 1, a couple years old now. Understand B1 is considered a lot better than B2. Deep copper colored, heaving lacing, good carb. Nose is tropical brett, red wine elements. Taste is quite tart, one of the most tart/sour CS beers I’ve had other than Origins...feel it in the enamel. Flavor is red fruit, light pineapple, very light vinegar.

Quite a lot of Belgian accents, ABV is extremely well hidden. Fruity, slightly sourish, sweet, lemon-like acidity, Tart. Nice, but pretty weird.

Pinball (12169) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUN 27, 2017
bottle from boxbeers.dk hazy to clear golden brown to amber, small offwhite to light brown head. clean, very nice sour note, with nderlying malty notes, a little bit of hay or straw, a lot like a lambic, also a little leather. sour flavor with notes of grapefruit peel and malts. does not taste like a lambic, much more like an american sour wild ale, but the flavor is pleasant and well rounded. perhaps a little bit too much fruit peel, wood and malts to my liking, but clearly good stuff.

caesar (7165) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - JUN 26, 2017
Tap @ BeerTemple during Carnivale 2017, small sample. Hazy golden orange to amber color, short frothy head. Aroma is funky, leather, sweet malt. Soft tartness, bit citrus, funky, way too much alcohol and sweet grainy malt. Sours are not made to be 12%. Alcohol and body doesnt add anything. Didnt like it.
