Tap at Gambrinus. Assuming it’s this version based on the color. Hazy straw gold with a pillowy white foam that lingers throughout. Light farmhouse, horseblanket nose with some lemon and sudachi notes. Great brett character in the nose and a light earthy brett character on the palate. Grainy texture, green pineapple and more lemon...some wheat in there as well. Nicely tart and refreshing, grainy finish. axl (839) - Lund, SWEDEN - MAR 18, 2017
