Bottle. As the previous rater noted, foam comes out of the bottle and this continued even when most of the beer was already in my glass, so very heavy carbonation and a hazy yellow color. This beer has complexity, particularly in the flavor. Lots of sage, brett yeast is prominent. Flowers and fresh green plants. Quiete dry, lots of yeast, with just a little sweetness in the aftertaste. Very much like a saision. Erasmus_ro (2905) - Alabama, USA - MAY 21, 2017
Bottle, 19/05/17. Starts to come out of the bottle on its own as the crown is removed. Pours a hazy yellow with a very large, whitehead. Hard to get into a glass. Aroma is lemon, red berries, spicy, too active yeast. Taste is lemony, red berries, spicy. Dry, not very sour. Not very good. Expect this kind of messiness from start-up breweries, not something as established as Crooked Stave or with bottles this expensive. olsvammel (7216) - Örebro, SWEDEN - APR 29, 2017
Bottle from a bottle shop in Copenhagen (forgot which one). Tart smell with citrus and some funk. Similar taste but stronger then the smell. Citrus and funky barnyard. High carbonation. Nice and refreshing. HogTownHarry (6622) - Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, CANADA - MAR 25, 2017
September 19, 2015 - at The Kernel with a whole bunch of RateBeer lunatics for Zwanze Day. Bottle share - so many bottles on those tables! Murky pale gold with a small white foamy head. Smells of brett and lots of tart fruit (citrus). Taste - oh yeah, so much citrus ... airy, lightly dancing on the palate, finishes quick, lots of brett in the aftertaste - nice one. Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Crooked Stave panel, 2 z 12. Trochę przegazowane, finisz dość płaski, brakuje złożoności, ale Brettów pełno. Orzeźwiające i przyjemne. Drake (13647) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 17, 2016

Bottle at BD57, july 10th 2016. Pale yellow body with a big growing white head. Aroma is funky with wheat malt and tangerine, taste of oranges, blue veined cheese, peppers. Fresh citric and funky finish. Pretty nice. Habanero (4639) - Tranbjerg, DENMARK, DENMARK - SEP 13, 2016
Bottled. Pours hazy, yellow with an average, white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus, funk, herbs and berry notes. Slightly sweet flavor that ends up dy and tart. Light to medium bodied, oily to watery texture and soft carbonation. A very nice Sour indeed. 🌟🌟🌟🌟
