Hazy gold color with a towering head. Strong aroma of hay loft, leather, and grapefruit. Citrusy flavor. Sage and musty earth. Very dry. Extremely carbonated. Marko (6421) - Split / Zagreb, CROATIA - OCT 11, 2017
Bottle. Murky golden body. White head. Fresh funky aroma, lactic, brett. Pungent. Taste... Heavy brett, good carbonation, the citric notes are there, but covered in brett. Somewhat bitterish too. Perfumy, nice! JK (6406) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - JUN 3, 2017
Bottle. As the previous rater noted, foam comes out of the bottle and this continued even when most of the beer was already in my glass, so very heavy carbonation and a hazy yellow color. This beer has complexity, particularly in the flavor. Lots of sage, brett yeast is prominent. Flowers and fresh green plants. Quiete dry, lots of yeast, with just a little sweetness in the aftertaste. Very much like a saision. Erasmus_ro (3293) - Alabama, USA - MAY 21, 2017
Bottle, 19/05/17. Starts to come out of the bottle on its own as the crown is removed. Pours a hazy yellow with a very large, whitehead. Hard to get into a glass. Aroma is lemon, red berries, spicy, too active yeast. Taste is lemony, red berries, spicy. Dry, not very sour. Not very good. Expect this kind of messiness from start-up breweries, not something as established as Crooked Stave or with bottles this expensive. olsvammel (7362) - Örebro, SWEDEN - APR 29, 2017
Bottle from a bottle shop in Copenhagen (forgot which one). Tart smell with citrus and some funk. Similar taste but stronger then the smell. Citrus and funky barnyard. High carbonation. Nice and refreshing.

September 19, 2015 - at The Kernel with a whole bunch of RateBeer lunatics for Zwanze Day. Bottle share - so many bottles on those tables! Murky pale gold with a small white foamy head. Smells of brett and lots of tart fruit (citrus). Taste - oh yeah, so much citrus ... airy, lightly dancing on the palate, finishes quick, lots of brett in the aftertaste - nice one. DialSquare (5220) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - FEB 20, 2017
Draft from Local Cantina in Clintonville: hazy yellow-gold, white head. aroma of straw, yeasty, citrus, little funk. tastes are dry, crackery, pepper, lemon zest, little acidic, orange, tropical. crisp. rami_pl (5198) - Warszawa, POLAND - FEB 12, 2017

Backlog, ocena przepisana z untappd, w ramach uzupełniania profilu na ratebeer. Crooked Stave panel, 2 z 12. Trochę przegazowane, finisz dość płaski, brakuje złożoności, ale Brettów pełno. Orzeźwiające i przyjemne. Drake (14447) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 17, 2016
