Hazy, bright yellow color with pillowy, white head. Aroma is really brett forward with citrus fruits and floral yeast esters. Taste starts yeasty and fruity, with a bit of tartness. Body is medium, quite smooth and has a high effervescence. Overall it’s a really nice beer, mostly yeast forward but you also get a nice citrusy fruitiness.

Bottle. It pours a hazy, yellow-golden body under a big, foamy and diminishing white head leaving some curtains. Lots of citrus in the aroma, with a funky lemony touch and some peppery hints. A hint of pale malts in the back, both in the aroma and flavor. Nice bitterness, Pale malts, lemon zest and pepper. Full body, quite effervescent and dry. Lasting citrusy, funky and dry finish. Pleasant, tasteful and easy drinkable. 151212
