Bottle from Paul, pours hazy golden with medium white head. Smell is underdeveloped Brett, classic saison, spice, pepper and maybe a touch of mandarin orange. Opened up a bit as it warmed but not enough for me. Makes sense since its a witbier. ciocanelu (3197) - Timisoara, ROMANIA - FEB 6, 2016
Hazy, bright yellow color with pillowy, white head. Aroma is really brett forward with citrus fruits and floral yeast esters. Taste starts yeasty and fruity, with a bit of tartness. Body is medium, quite smooth and has a high effervescence. Overall it’s a really nice beer, mostly yeast forward but you also get a nice citrusy fruitiness. chrisv10 (18838) - DENMARK - JAN 31, 2016
