Pours golden yellow and murky. On a darker beer, this cloudiness would seem ominous. Here, it just kinda looks more viscous than it actually is. The head is small, white and fades away pretty quickly. The aroma is big on citrus. No idea what they actually used, but it reminds me of limes, oranges and citron. Some vanilla, oak. Mild funk. Some grass. There’s an unexpected lactic note to it. The taste is fairly sour with a lot of citrus. More lactic than acetic, but the sourness is relatively strong, surprisingly so for an all brett beer. It’s all citrus peels, funk and yogurt with a splash of apple cider vinegar. Tasty and fairly refreshing. Fair bit of pucker. Some body to it. Carbonation isn’t very high, but it prickles on the tongue. It’s similar to Almanac Farmer’s Reserve #4. I quite like citrus sours, but I kinda think the citrus is hiding some messiness. That’s probably not fair. I’m just not sure how I would feel about this beer if the citrus and sour were dialed back. conway (2210) - - JUN 21, 2014
Bottle. Hazy gold with a thin quickly dissipating white head. Aroma is tangerine, lemon and musty funk. Taste follows and adds some lactic notes, plastic and oak. Crisp thin mouthfeel. Very good. marcus (10873) - Sacramento, California, USA - JUN 19, 2014
Bottle from Capitol Beer & Tap Room. Pours cloudy golden wit a modest off-white head and a fruity wheat aroma. There is a delicious tangerine wheat flavor that leaves brett sourness on the palate. Very refreshing. Dr_Fellini (1020) - Norfolk, Virginia, USA - JUN 19, 2014
Bottle. Aroma is apple tart, Brett, light wheat. Flavor is moderately spur with a light sour fruit sweetness. Light to medium in body with a lingering mild oily sour. Very tasty on a warm summer day. bhensonb (15974) - Woodland, California, USA - JUN 15, 2014
Bottle from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours hazy light amber with no noticeable head. Aroma is musty citrus. Med body, or nearly. Flavor is instant sour, followed by definite sweatsox, with some grapey/mustiness. It’s mouth devouring sour, apparently based on citrus. Very nice drink!

Sampled (over and over and over) at boulevardia. Spectacular beer - buttery yellow color with a faint head. Assertive funky nose, with a citrus hint. Taste matches, with a lingering tartness on the tongue. I look forward to going back to this one.

Hazy rustic golden with a thin white cap. The nose is absolutely lovely with notes of lilac and floral hibiscus with a funky Brett yeast note and orange peel. Tangy flavor with funky Brett and orange zest with the tiniest bit of lime as well..also some earthy floral tones on the finish but it’s predominately sour citrus rind and a wee touch of clove and fresh white oak. Lightly tart with a good earthy dry Bretty flavor. drsandman (1672) - New York, USA - MAY 22, 2014

2014 bottle poured into a goblet. Pours hazy gold with a bit of thin bubbly head. Aroma is awesome. Tart, funky, a bit of fresh juicy tangelo. Taste is big and super tart with tons of fresh juicy tangelo. Not overly sweet, avoids going down the sweet tarts route. Super refreshing. Gonna need to stock up on this.
