Amazing brew. Baryard and oak subdued behint spice and mint aroma. Slightly sweet flavor which really added to andry brew. Mostly sweetness was perception, which is why I fand this beer fantastic. Great carbonation and mouthfeel to add. kaips1 (93) - Kentucky, USA - JUL 27, 2013
375ml bottle. Brett on the nose, slight funk, more citrus fruit. Hints of acidity. Appearance is nice gold, little to no head, some lacing. Tastes of lambic like sour, pure pucker, love every bit of it. Wasn’t expecting this much acidity when the label only says 100% Brett. Citrus and sharp acidity. Palate is light and carbonation is spot on, the acidity with the carbolic acid adds a bite to it. Overall this is a good beer and if all witbiers were like this I’d drink wits all day. Extra bonus is the yeast dregs.
