Nice bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry citrusy, soda powder, citrus peel, minerals, leafs, brett, oak, citrus, fruit salt, grass, hay. Taste is dry citrusy, soda powder, citrus acid, citrus peel, minerals, oak, brett, grass, citrus, hay, bark, unripe berries, fruit salt. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice.
Pours a murky gold color with a little fizzy white head that disappeared quickly. The smell is tart with citrus undertones. The taste follows suit, tart up front hitting your tongue with a perfect carbonation and the orange sneaks in at the end. A very good beer. I look forward to trying the different versions. sonnycheeba (6214) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - NOV 26, 2015

Bottle from Beers’n’more. Lots of citrus, some orange, some grapefruit. Nice sourness, lively carbonation, tart, hints of funk. Good drinkability, very tasty. mariuspoenari (2850) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - NOV 21, 2016
37 cl bottle. Clean pale golden with a tall white head - looks a bit like a macro lager. Notes of brett, lemon juice, lemon zest, sour gooseberries (a very familiar taste, I had these a lot when I was a kid). Light body, very refreshing, medium carbonation. Truly beautiful smells from the Valencia Orange variant of St. Bretta. Orange juice, orange peel, and spices. I’ve said far too often how I don’t like fruit in my Wheat Ales. Crooked Stave does it right by letting the fruit be an element rather than a dominating flavor. With flavors of clove, orange, wheat malt, honey, and tart yeast, St. Bretta Valencia Orange is a phenomenal summer treat. vyvvy (6563) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - SEP 10, 2015
Pours lightly hazy yellow ./ orange with a light white head. The aroma has smooth citrus with a little bit of a bite and is a bit rich. There is also brett funk, pale malt and citrus skins. It has a extremely crisp medium body with modest sharp carbonation. The flavor starts with citric bite, punchy vinegar, rich valencia orange, some pith and a bit of saison earthy funk. The finish is quite tart and is like a weird sharp alcoholic orange juice. Really nice.
