Bouteille 37.5cl de Geers, 2013 batch #4. Orange opaque, col blanc fin. Arme est malt et agrablement bois surtout au niveau du chne. Note de suite de lgres flagrances pices.

Bottle from Belmont Station, PDX via Patrick. Pours a medium orange, very clear, little to no head. Fluffy, yeasty, dry, funk. Body brief but tart, finish has a fruity sweetness. Grapes, cherries? Really nice.

Not at all what I was expecting - a very sour saison, with some apricot, and cherry action. Nice fullness imparted from the aging in oak casks. Very very tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A nice tartness, without palate erasing. Very drinkable. Good head. Oak in the finish.

Draft at The Source. They had two batches on tap, #7 and #8. There were differences and I preferred #7 slightly, but the scores are close enough that they apply to either. batch 7 - pours an orange-gold, moderate head, lots of lacing, aroma - citrus, brett funk, taste - tart, citrus, sour apple, cinnamon, some kind of fruit on finish - maybe mulled cider, med finish batch 8 - pours same sort of color as 7, similar head and lacing, aroma - doughy, spice, taste - rounder and creamier, still tart and somewhat like sour apple cider, dough in taste, creamy mouthfeel

Bottle shared at the BIG Friday Mega tasting, big thanks to LK Smith for another fine beer, 03/01/14. Murky orange amber with a good sized off white head that thins to edgeing and pondwork. Nose is tangy citric fruits, orange pithdom, tangy apricot, straw, light floral ring. Taste comprises orange pith, bitter apricot, light yeast and brett strains, tangy peach, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, grass laden fruit tang ni a lightly drying conclusion. Solid saison in a draw very much towards the top !

Bottle. Cloudy, peachy pour with minimal white head. Fruity nose with some funk. Tart like a sour cider with a bitter funky linger. Like eating a grapefruit pith,

Bottle at the BIG 2-page tasting, thanks to Leighton. It pours golden-yellow with a small white head. The nose is vinous, juicy, funky, orange, apricot, peach and natural yoghurt. The taste is hay, funk, barnyard, tart fruits, orange peel, tangerine, vinous notes and sherbet with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Nice sherbet character. Crisp, tart and very drinkable.

Bottle at the big tasting. Cheers to Leighton for another of these. Pours clear golden with dense white head. Nose is lemon curd and marmalade with tangy citrus, lime zest and sugary funk. Taste is lemon focused stuff. Lemon curd, lemon cheesecake, tangy lemon juice, blood orange, mango, hay and straw. Brett works well with the vinous notes running through the lemon. Almost a little musky. Nice stuff
