Tap at The.Source - interesting blend, this - the kombucha totally transformsthe beer and adds an interesting sweet/tart depth - cherry pie filling, mild tarragon, mild, quenchig acetic notes, moderate lemon tartness - some white grape and a dry finish with light mineral character - okay, this is a good one. arminjewell (9675) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - APR 12, 2014

On tap at The Source. Pours a cloudy orange with small frothy white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong kombucha and spice. Thin mouthfeel with strong kombucha and lime. Easy to drink, very impressive. cubs (10635) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - APR 8, 2014
On tap @ the Source location. Pours a somewhat cloudy yellow orange appearance with a white head. A lot of green herbal / floral notes in the nose. Definitely some orange citrus as well and a bit of tropical fruits. Flavor is slightly tart. Some leafy / green herbal flavors. Light potpourri. Spice and herbs. Finishes pretty tart. Fair amount of bitterness. Kind of fun but I’m not sure it’s an improvement on the original version. Concealer (1247) - Denver, Colorado, USA - MAR 29, 2014

On tap at The Source. Pour is hazy golden orange with a frothy white head and sticky lacing. Big fruity aroma, cinnamon, nutmeg - almost pie-like - sweet cherries, perfume, sweet tarts, and licorice in the aroma. Taste is cherry pie, licorice, white pepper, tart fruits, lemon, hibiscus, cinnamon, and biscuit with a tart finish. Medium body with soft carbonation. This is the best Kombucha blend I have had from these guys and a real winner. Sweet cherry pie and highly drinkable.
