Beer is a very personal, subjective thing. Many people really like this. I don’t - it’s too tart and citrus whereas for me a saison should be easily glugged with peppery spices. Cloudy straw colour with no head. Medium, pithy body. Not for me. Jorn69 (3403) - ngelholm, SWEDEN - JAN 7, 2015
@ Havregatan 150107. Bottle (375 ml). Fruity and bretty with light spicy notes, citric, barnyard, medium body with a watery to oily texture. The finish is dry, bretty and citric. Gorm (1899) - Sandnes, NORWAY - JAN 5, 2015

Musty yet refreshing, fruity and tart, this time-travel brew manages to offer a compelling experience from nose to finish while never overdoing it.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam covers the cloudy straw yellow.
-What I love of Crooked Stave beers so far is that they are able to juggle funk and drinkability.
-The finish is tart, but not overly so.
-This is as good as their Surette, yet much lower in alcohol. I think I’m adopting this one…
Tap at the brewery; GABF weekend, 2014. On my second visit to the brewery, the Sunday after the festival. Yellow. Yeast aroma and lightly tart flavor, some spice. Not as try as the Autumn Surette. Dry finish with some spice. JHeath99 (1680) - Warner Robins, Georgia, USA - DEC 31, 2014
Bottle. Pours a hazy golden with a ring of off white head. Aroma and taste of tart, spice, and some yeast. hopwine (678) - brooklynzzzzz, New York, USA - DEC 29, 2014
Soft peppery funk, mild-moderate acidity, lemon pie filling, mild vanilla. Awesome
