Perfect saison. Very mild Brett initially, orange peel light peach aroma. Extremely lively co2. Flavor mildly tart. Some more Brett then very light green apple and crisp finish. Rmill216 (18) - Northfield, Ohio, USA - JUL 6, 2013
Pours a hazy orange with a thin white head, very little lacing. Aromas of brett funk, grass, hay, floral, citrus. Tastes of lemon, brett funkyness, slightly peppery with a tart finish. Great saison. mwillums (12) - San Diego, California, USA - AUG 31, 2013
375 mL. Golden and cloudy. Excellent ballance of sweet, sour & funk. A phenomenal saison at only 4.2%. DuffMan (10602) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 2, 2014
Bottle, sent by b3shine-- many thanks! Lemony yellow, lightly hazy, with a lasting foamy white head that leaves delicate lace. Aroma is deeply funky. I swirl the glass and the funk is thick, redolent of an August barnyard, cheese rind, and a bit of petroleum. A touch of buttermilk too. This is the most complex aroma I’ve encountered in a long while. The palate takes a 90-degree turn from the nose. It opens fresh and light, with tart lemon and green grape notes, moving into light vinegar sourness, ending with an earthy herbal note. Unbelievably complex and drinkable for a lower ABV beer. A new all-time favourite, perhaps the perfect summer every-day beer. Thanks again Beau! beekgeek2000 (4) - British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 28, 2014 does not count

Hints of pine and lemon in the aroma. Pale golden and a bit cloudy color. Nice and controlled white head. Not too thick or thin. Burst of champagne and citrus in the beginning followed by a palate covering light citrus dryness. Incredibly balanced. Incredibly tasty. krumbum (1109) - truckee, California, USA - AUG 30, 2013

On tap it smells spur with a hint of spice, taste like a spicy saisons with sweet tea and a sour ale. Oly shit. teromous (119) - - SEP 15, 2014
Appearance: Pale straw gold color, hazy, with a fluffy white head.
Aroma: Very musty barn scent, old hay, souring fruit.
Taste: Sour and tart but "middle of the road" in strength. Tastes very much like it smells, musty old hay. There is a light sweet wheat flavor in there. It is very good with a lot of complex flavors. There is a spicy hop aftertaste that is awesome.
Palate: The mouthfeel on this is awesome. It is just tart enough without being puckering. Great carbonation volume but be careful when you open the bottle.
Overall: I had this both on tap and in the bottle. It was more tame in the bottle, possibly because of more conditioning in the bottle, but it really helped mellow the flavor and bring out some of the hidden characteristics like the hops. I recommend it both on tap and bottle. Will drink it again if I can get more.
