(375ml bottle from Mikkeller Webshop) Pours rather hazy pale gold with a small ring of white bubbles, with most of the lees remaining in the bottle. Aroma is moderately sour and quite tart with notes of fresh apricot flesh and skin, crab apples, lemon, slight white wine grape, oak, light spicebox, restrained barnyard funkiness. Flavour is fairly acidic and quite tart with a bit of malt sweetness at the core. Quite some apricot on the unripe side, zippy citrus, crab apples, grass and herbs, light wood, spicy touches and barnyard drifting around the background. Finishes dry, touch mineral, with a lingering sour fruity pucker of the mouth. Light to medium bodied with soft effervescent carbonation. Refreshing, balanced, but lacking just a bit of punch in most areas.

Bottle shared by Marcus. Pours translucent gold with a very slight white head. Aroma is mildly acidic pale stone fruit. Flavor is mildly apricot - no more sour than an unripe apricot. I cant reach the wood. Its a very good flavor.
