375 ml bottle. 2015 vintage. Pours a cloudy gold with a small white head that settles into a ring and just a few spots of film. Notes of apricots, white peaches, lemon, oak, orange zest, minty herbs, dry and dusty grains, bretty and acetic and light lactic funk. Light-bodied, with a clean, dry, fruity, herbal, tart mouthfeel and modest carbonation. Very dry finish. Nice and refreshing.

August 2015 bottle. Pour is a cloudy golden yellow with a quickly gone white head and no lacing. Aroma is pretty funky up front. Sour apricots, oak and white grapes. Taste is juicy up front with loads of apricots, sour stone fruit, and lactic acid. Dry and puckering in the finish.
