UPDATED: SEP 6, 2012 Tap @ the new barrel room. Cloudy yellow orange appearance with a white head. Big vanilla, coconut, orange citrusy, fairly tart, mango aroma. Fairly funky, a touch vinous, light grape, pear, pineapple, vanilla, soft flavor. Soft mouthfeel. Easy drinking and pretty tasty- looking forward to the barrel version!

Tap at the barrel room. Pour is light peach with little-to-no head. Pineapple, coconut, green apple, spice, and funk in the aroma. Taste is light vanilla, coconut, peach, pineapple, tart green apples, and light butter. Light body with almost no carbonation. Pretty sour stuff with a lingering aftertaste. Not bad.

Pour on tap at Falling Rock, very hazy yellowish pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of deep white grape, hints of funk, touch of lacto with some nice biscuit and bready notes as well. Taste is a sweet mix of white grape, peach and pear, some slight funky basement notes, touch of lacto lemon notes with a hint of yeast, finishing fairly sweet, slightly dry. Pretty nice.
