Pour is dark brown with a lot of fluffy bubbly tan head. Nose is light with a some dark malts up front, roast and hint of chocolate, a fair amount of citrusy hops and light pine come in behind with a faint note leathery brett. Taste is different, malts are up front with a light roast and tobacco, strong leathery Brett with a piney resinous hop and thick syrupy body. Carbonation is a hint low and the finish has some juicy citrus with a slick feel down the throat. More like a black ipa. Homer321 (5119) - Melboring, Florida, USA - NOV 28, 2013
Bottle thanks to catman197. Nose slightly tart and cherry like. Smells malty sweet. Large off white head. Nearly opaque black color. Taste is roasty up front. Slightly tart. Not getting much spruce or whatever. Minimal hop character overall. Like a sour stout. But only slightly tart. Very well balanced. So wowe. DrewFace (969) - Melbourne, Florida, USA - NOV 28, 2013
Thanks catman197. Pours an opaque brownish color with foamy off white head. Tart, fruity esters in the nose. Tart up front, light hop character, roasty, and some dark fruits. BoulderOnTap (9) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - SEP 2, 2013 does not count
Deep, dark brown in color with a bigger off-white head than expected. The aroma is spruce with a little fruit and some grassy hops. The hops from the nose translate into mild earthy notes and the spruce pulls through as well. There isn’t too much brett on this, but it does provide a slight pucker for the finish. Overall, this is a nicely done, hoppy, funky treat with a twist: spruce. Minderbinder (3469) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 7, 2013
Pours black (dark brown) with low beige head. Good lacing. Aroma is of yeast, fruits, earthy notes, hops. Taste is of sourness, fruits. Palate: Ligth-medium body. Overall: Good sourness. Nice fruits, outstanding nose. Things get a bit weird with taste. Still pretty good.

Bottle. Dark brown pour with off white head. Aroma is quite hoppy, light sprucy/piney notes, light oak, very earthy aroma, wet, forest like aromas, mushrooms. Earthy flavor, not very sour, hops are present as well, but mostly a woody, earthy flavor. Palate is medium bodied with smooth carbonation. Good stuff. Bottle shared by JulienHuxley, thanks a lot! Pour is dark brown with ivory head and good lacing. Aroma roasted malts, grassy hops, light funk, a bit of spruce, very floral. Taste is herbal and floral hops, roasted, brett, light acidity, a bit of citrus, light fruity notes. medium body, average carbonation. Pretty good. tom10101 (6156) - Quebec, CANADA - AUG 5, 2013
Bottle (750 ml). Shared by Julien/Pier-Luc/Benoit, thanks guys! Dark reddish-brown with medium to high beige head and good lacing. Aroma is enticing with tons of fruity brettanomyces, light roasted malt, resinous and earthy notes, wood. Taste is less impressive/intense than aroma with brettanomyces, red fruits, earthy notes, resinous presence, roasted malt and light caramel. Medium body. Medium to lively carbonation (more on the medium side). Slightly dry. Nice balance. Really good dark Sour with an impressive aroma! mabel (9246) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 28, 2013
[5096-20130202] Bottle. Malty yeast aroma has a bit of a perfume base. Hazy, dark brown body with a medium-lasting foamy tan head. More floral perfume yeast in the flavour with a nice toasted malt base. Medium-full body has a light tart note to it. Lovely. (7/3/7+/4/16) 3.7
