[ Bottle #420/1531 ]. Unclear - hazy light to medium brown red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, brett, tart malt, moderate hoppy, dry grass. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, dry, acidic. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottled. An unclear brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of hops, citrus fruits, caramel, and brettanomyces. Medium body, heavy funk and barnyard, very subtle roast and a distinct lactic tartness. Black colored pour with a tall khaki head. Nice herbal and spruce nose. Plenty of roasted malt, a light brett note, and some grass. A little bit of citrus peel and maybe some chocolate. Heavy roasted malt flavor. A bit of chocolate, some citrus peel, and lots of spruce. A bit of marijuana smoke flavor and a hint of ash.
