COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Wild Wild Brett is a series of R&D beers created to showcase the versatility of Brettanomyces, a yeast found naturally all over the world. Historically considered ”wild yeast”, Brett is responsible for 100% of the fermentation in the bottle you hold. Green, the fourth installment of this series is our nod to absurdly hopped beers. Showcasing the Australian Galaxy hop, W.W.B.G. uses 4 lbs of hops per barrel with dank tropical fruit hop characteristics dominating the flavor and aroma.

Bottle thanks to Niels ! Pours a medium golden color with a touch of haze and two plus fingers of white fizzy foam. Lots of hops and funk left in this one. Juniper, mint, spruce, pine, pineapple and horsehair take this one by the reigns and carry it away into the tart funky barnyard filled with dank hop presence. Lots of funky bitterness lingers.

Bottle shared at Peg’s. Pale yellow pour with a white head. Floral aromas. Mildly sour with muted citrus, lemongrass, and brett notes. Very good mouthfeel. Good body. A bit hard to describe, but tasty nevertheless...

750 ml bottle shared by NielsenRatings - thanks, A-A-Ron! Pours a hazy, pale straw with a huge white head. Plenty of funk and florals in this, with straw, crackers, herbs, lemon, and some tropical fruits. Light-bodied, with medium to high carbonation and a tart, funky, bitter, sharp mouthfeel. Very good, but not one of my favorites from the series.
