Bottle thanks to catman197. Pours a dirty red color with moderate white head. Some large bubbles. Nose of funk and fruit. Lots of light citrus. Pretty sharp. And stuff Marheb (5907) - San Diego, California, USA - NOV 13, 2013
Un pot pourri juteux et parfumé dominé par la lavande. Le caractère du brett se faufile bien et assèche la bête, buvabilité biblique. mathieuc (4000) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 12, 2013
Pours a hazy golden with a weak head but still some lacing. Aroma is of flowers and red fruits, really nice and fragrant. Taste is juicy and acid (tart) and completely dry. Some nice grapefruit juice impressions. Pretty sure this is all lactic and citric, none of that acetic nonsense (never had an overly acetic Crooked Stave wild ale, more power to them!) Mouthfeel is lean, keeping it really drinkable. This was awesome with its perfumey and fruity interplay, I’d drink this again anytime! czar (9279) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 12, 2013
pours hazy light golden with a small but persistent white cap, nice lacing. lavender and other flowery esters, soft brettiness, mint, herbs, pepper, lime, lime leaves, pale pils malt bill, just a hint of toastiness. average to moderate carbonation, light body, gently tart and flowery-herbal finish. great! tom10101 (6197) - Quebec, CANADA - NOV 11, 2013
Bottle (750 ml). From Scott, thanks! Clear bright golden/orange with a small/medium white head and some lacing. Aroma is of lavender, brettanomyces, red fruits and nice tartness. Taste is fruit oriented (red fruits) with lavender/floral notes, brettanomyces, nice tartness and a lactic presence. Light to medium body. Good carbonation. Slightly dry finish. Fruity and amazingly drinkable/thirst quenching.

Bottle from the very generous Scott - thanks! Glowing light copper orange color in the glass with a slick of white foam. Aroma is clean brett with noticeable lavender, underlying sweet fruit, and a crisp lemon tart through the finish. Taste is dry, clean brett with a vibrant collection of sweet fruit, slight lavender, and a complimentary floral element. Touch of lemon and even some minimal funk in there as well. Quite amazing how clean and distinct the brett is and how it acts like a stage for the other ingredients. Crisp, dry mouthfeel. Unique and very good. bu11zeye (13032) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - NOV 8, 2013
(750ml bottle) Pours a cloudy orange body with a medium white head. Aroma of pomegranate, lavender, leather, lime, pineapple, and orange. Flavor of lemon, brett, pomegranate, passion fruit, and florals with dry oak finish. wchesser (2111) - Denver, Colorado, USA - OCT 18, 2013
Tried this several months before the bottle release at Ernie’s Pizza. . It is a hazy orange gold with a very subtle violet tint. Solid carbonation. I believe they brewed this a while ago, but I doubt the brett has fully ’done it’s thing’ on this yet. Nose was mostly passionfruit and some lemon citrus. Taste followed with a nice tart finish of strawberry guava and earthy brett. My immediate thought was of the Jolly Pumpkin Sobre Humano...very similar. Updating rating-didn’t realize my first rating was of the passionfruit aged version.
On tap yesterday (5/19/13) at the release party. Much the same as passionfruit version, but the tartness is a bit more rounded than I recall. Really tasty and unique and again very even-handed as I have come to expect from these guys.
Bottle share by Greg, Aroma of light floral lavender, great sour pomegranate. Taste is great blend of floral and tart fruit. olr1984 (1500) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - OCT 9, 2013
