UPDATED: MAR 6, 2014 Tap @ Crooked Stave dry hopped with 366. Pours a murky bright orange appearance with a white head. Super musty, funky, barnyard bretty, passionfruit, herbal/floral hoppy aroma. Really very nice nose. Moderately tart, light berry, pomegranate, tropical fruity, very herbal floral flavor that dries out pretty nicely on the finish. Really nice stuff. hopdog (12483) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 3, 2013

Un pot pourri juteux et parfumé dominé par la lavande. Le caractère du brett se faufile bien et assèche la bête, buvabilité biblique. phaleslu (10104) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 25, 2014

750 ml bottle shared by NielsenRatings at the RBWG Grand Tasting - thanks again, [email protected]
! Pours a hazy gold, kind of on the dull end of the golden spectrum, with some loose bubbles for a head. Notes of lemon, herbs, pomegranate, lavender, passionfruit, wheat, dough, and white pepper. Light-medium bodied, with moderate carbonation and a tart, herbal, spicy mouthfeel. Awesome. My favorite of the WWB lineup, just above I and Y.
Bottle @ Ulfborg gueze tasting. Bright dark golden pour with a small head. LOts of passion fruits, some floral notes, extremely balances, stone fruits, some funk and light vanilla.

Pour on tap at the brewery, dry hopped with 366. Hazy orange pour with nice fluffy white head, aroma brings nice notes of floral hops, mixed into nice fruit with orange, grapefruit, passionfruit, nice peach and tart lemon, hints of oak, vanilla sweetness mix into a touch of grass, biscuit, and more floral notes from the hibiscus, mango and peach also come through. Taste is a perfect blend of sweet fruit with passionfruit, peach, mango, slight biscuit, vanilla, oak notes with even more pineapple, slight grass, floral notes come through more towards the end as well, finishing with a good mix of dry, tart, and sweet. Very tasty, could drink a lot of this! brystmar (1314) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JUN 15, 2013

Pour on tap at the brewery, hazy orange pour with nice fluffy white head, aroma knocked you over with passionfruit, big big passionfruit notes, slight floral earthy tones, nice tart lactic notes with lemon, slight vanilla, oak in there as well, but the dominant nose was passionfruit. Taste was a mix of tart lemon, biscuit, slight vanilla going into dominating passionfruit, slight floral, grass notes, hints of funk as well, finishing tart, slightly bitter, dry. Intense, but almost to a point where it is too much.
UPDATED: JUL 9, 2013 Light and delicate; complex floral notes beautifully showcase fruit & flowers among the Brett. Violets and lavender are easily identifiable start to finish. Pomegranates show themselves towards the end, contributing to the fruited acidity. Excellent. brokensail (16440) - Dublin, California, USA - SEP 6, 2013
Having this again, I’m bumping the rating up a little. Intricate, delicate, meticulously crafted; demonstrates mastery of the art of brewing.
On tap @ Beachwood BBQ. Hazy orange pour with a white head. Smells like pure passion fruit. Intense tropical aroma. Lots of pineapple, lemon, pear, and sweet tarts. Musty funk, oak, and straw. Damn good nose. The flavor is passion fruit, pineapple, sweet tarts, and lemon. Light pear, some oak, and musty funk. Really good. Drake (13654) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 13, 2014
