Tasted on 2/22/12 from a capped 750mL bottle with Curtis and Paul. Pours cloudy light orange with a thick white head that leaves spotty lace. The nose is more Brett funk and turmeric than anything, with some mango and spicy notes underlying. The flavor is spiced turmeric, lightly sweet mango some Brett funk and a bit of bread malt. The body is medium with average carbonation and a long funky turmeric and hint of mango finish. Gription79 (2892) - Bountiful, Utah, USA - JAN 9, 2015
Poured from a 750ml bottle. Tart, funky, very slight honey, bright lemon acidity, woody finish. Tasty beer. JBPortland (1564) - Hampton Roads, Virginia, USA - SEP 28, 2014
750ml bottle huge thanks to adnielsen and Lukaduke! Pours light cloudy yellow gold with big head. Nose has some mixed spice, brett funk, a touch of band-aid, ginger, some musty lemon and citrus. Bit of weirdness in the nose. Taste is crisp and fresh-tasting, juicy mango and citrus, crisp acidity and balanced brett funk, spice, curry. Finish is spiced mango juice and nice cutting tartness and bretty hay funk. Delicious! deekyn (1459) - San Francisco, California, USA - AUG 11, 2014

Sample @ RBWG Grand Tasting. Gold pour with a small head. Nose is pretty floral. Herb garden, spices, some dirty tree root. Taste has a similar character. Light lemony citrus character. Dry, clean finish. Easy to drink. Very pleasing stuff.

>> Thank you Aaron for the share. Pours cloudy light golden. Nose is really lovely reminiscent of Upright’s use of Old Tom Gin barrels: sage, yellow rose, yarrow, squash. Taste is juicy, salty, starfruit, Gin barrel. Palate is aerated, refreshing. Impressive.
Bottle thanks to Aaron at the RBWG 2014 grand tasting, thanks! Pours a hazy gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice sour fruit note with a bit of lemon and underlying light grain and funk. Flavor has a real nice sour fruit tartness with grain and light funk backing.
