Bottle 50cl. @ home.
Unclear light to medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Quit lively beer out of the bottle all over the tabel ;o( Aroma is light to moderate malty, honey, citrus, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090304]

Alphadelic (2232) - Portland, Oregon, USA - NOV 20, 2008
Extremely light looking beer with a fluffy pure white head. Aroma: Citric with hoppy notes, pretty summery with some green grassy smells. Exceedingly fizzy with a very well rounded flavour with the honey coming through late on. It begins tiggly and bitter with some caramel notes and mellows right down through a delicious maltiness to a nutty, honey finish. I couldn’t drink it all night but i agree with the bottle in that on a summers day it would be grand (if it were less carbonated).

Bottle, 4.2%. Fruity and slightly sweet flavour. Almost clear pale yellow colour, small white head. The flavour is quite clean with a hint of honey. Not the sweetness from honey, but the flavour. One of the more successful of the honey beers i have had.
