Light & Zesty IPA, 5.0% ABV Zenith is a reasonably strong IPA, which is light and refreshing in colour with a distinct tropical aroma. Zesty fruit flavours are followed by a hefty kick from the triple blend of hops, which makes this ale particularly special. The word zenith is used to describe when the sun reaches its highest point in the sky. This light, bright coloured IPA has the highest ABV of all our ales. Colour: Light Gold

UPDATED: OCT 21, 2017
August 2017 - Cask handpull at GBBF 2017, Kensington Olympia. Had twice on different festival days and slightly preferred it the first time round. As 'Cross Bay Zenith'. Golden yellow, still and clear, foamy off-white head leaves full lacing. Aroma is airy, grains, crackers and light malt sugars. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is biscuity, lemongrass, touch of apple, cracker-like malts, astringent into the musty finish. (6-4-6-4-14=3.4)

GBBF Day 3. Cask. Bright clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth light malts, really quite sweet. Sweet floral mid. Orange peel hops bring some semblance of balancing bitterness. Light semi dry finish. Overall interesting and drinkable.

Pours a golden colour. Taste is well balanced. Nothing exciting but decent session ale

Scopey (17078) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 8, 2017
Cask at GBBF. It pours clear golden with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, lemon iced bun, candy, white bread and sherbet. The taste is soft, some bitterness, lemon iced bun, toasty grain, white bread, cream bun and straw with a dry, sweetish finish. Light - medium body and soft carbonation. A bit sweet, but not depth.

Palate is semi sweet raw grains, husks, moderate carbonation. Flavour is composed of semi sweet grainy, lemon dried,.. Little vanilla, passable.

piwnepodroze (548) - POLAND - NOV 11, 2016
