Cask @ 3 Judges. Unclear yellow-greenish colour, no head. Aroma has sour apple, a hint of wood. Flavour of sour apple, aceton, glue and phenoles. Sour and dry finish.

Sour farmhousiness on the nose. Amazingly dry palate - like our champagne sima. Too dry to really enjoy the way I like to drink cider. Interesting, but went a bit far.
