Hazy amber color. Very nice hopp aroma, fruity, oranges. Toffee flavor, medium dry mouthfeel, with strong hopping, citrus fruits and some resins. Long final. Crouch Vale isn’t ashamed of hops, and that’s a good thing.

A Mes rate. Gravicask at Pigs Ear. Bright orange amber colour. Straight forward but what is there is nice and tasty. Lots of orangey hops, good malty balance and a pleasant wheaty finish. Not much going on but typical Crouch Vale goodness all round.

Cask gravity at Pigs Ear BF 08. Gold, thin off white head. American citrusy hop aroma. Yeah its ok. Typical Crouch Vale beer. Some pink grapefruit. Some dryness on finish. Fine.
