Cask conditioned at The Fat Cat, Norwich. Gold with white head. Fresh, sharp hoppy flavours, good crisp body carrying a lemony, citrus, fleshy hop flavour. Lasting if just slightly underpowered, still very pleasant. Leighton (21233) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 22, 2012
Cask at The Fox, London. Pours perfectly clear gold with a thick, creamy white head. Mild lemon and hay in the nose. Medium sweet flavor with ripe lemon and other citrus, touches of garlic, some dry straw. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Fairly sweet to finish, a hint sugary, with some juicy hops, faint resinous hay, citrus, and a very light onion/garlic potency to the hops. Nice beer. madmitch76 (24791) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JUN 23, 2012

Cask at the The Sun Inn Summer Beer Festival, Kelvedon. Clear gold beer. Good suddy off white head. Light semi dry palate. Light malt base. Nice fruity juicy Galena hops. Tropical fruits with a more than a hint of Fruits Of The Forest as well. Semi dry finish with mild hop spice and bitterness. Good stuff - wish more brewers would use Galena.
Cask @ CPK, London. Light golden color with a medium white head. The nose is bright sugary orchard fruits, herbal, hoppy notes and dried cut grass. The taste is slightly dirty lemon peel, light dry hops, sun-kissed grain and light earthy funk. Some orchard fruits. Light, dry bitter finish. Light body, quite soft and easy to drink. Overall, a very nice sessionable beer from Crouch Vale.
