Light unclear medium orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, citrus, light grass. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus, apricot. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110312]

Gravity cask at the Chelmsford Winter BF and 2 days later in better condition at the Merton (Oxon) Winter BF. Amber/ gold with a healthy white head. Good clean sweet malt profile with a surprisingly complex hop bitterness. Very enjoyable.
