Yellow colored, slightly hazy appearance. Little white head. Strongly hopped aroma with nice lemon, apple and some soapy touch. Medium bodied. Flavor is even more hopped, bitterness and lemon dominating. Soapy palated. Good crispy cask ale.

Pale golden color, good white head. Honyeish, flowery nose. Starts with hard mouthfeel and quite watery, then nice hoppy bitterness. Long bitter aftertaste. Dry.

Cask 3 Judges. A rich golden golour with a small white head. Very hoppy and fruity aroma similar with mikkeler brewers. Crisp freshly mowen grsss with later sulphur eggy aromas when warm. Taste is fresh and grassy. Very sweet with american hops and slight carbonation nding on a dry bitter finish. Very Drinkable.

Cask, Peterborough Fest 06. Deep gold with a small head. Aromas are very fruity and hoppy with lemon, strawberries and spicy pine. Grassy and fresh. Flavours are fruity and vinous with peaches and pears. Dry and hoppy. Another very good Crouch Vale brew.

UPDATED: MAY 23, 2009 Cask at Peterborough BF ’06. Old gold with a slight haze. Sweet fruit aroma: very nice. However the taste is bland: some citric fruit but low on bitterness. 23.5.09: Cask, gravity, at Cambridge Beer Festival ’09. Citric aroma; soapy, strawy taste. Some bitterness. Pretty fair golden. A bright golden orange coloured beer with a weak head. A strong floral aroma similar to honeysuckle, which i found a little sweet. The taste is dry, following the nose has a hoppy, floral flavour, like purple violets and rose water! Quite a refreshing finish. (Cask - @ The Fox & Hounds Summer Beer Festival 2006, Heacham, Norfolk).

[Cask at Wenlock Arms, London] A dark orange beer with a very small white head. The aroma is sweet and very hoppy, while the flavor is sweet and quite hoppy, I can’t tell which hop has been used, but I like it. And the flavor also has notes of oranges.

Cloudy golden with ok head. Lovely hoppy and juicy ale. At only 3,8% this is a great session beer.

Light looking beer with a slightly frothy head, the aroma is slightly spicy and hopped, and the flavour is dry/hopped. Overall a basic ale.
