On tap at the brewery long ago. Nose of grainy caramel malts with citrus and pine. Grainy malts all over. Fruity herbal hops that are grass. Finishes bitter and grassy. Meh. doubleo (1432) - San Diego, California, USA - DEC 13, 2009
On tap at PP C’Bad. Pours hazy, light orange/yellow with a medium sized, sticky white head that leaves spider web lace. Smells clean and bright, sweet hops and clean citrus. Tastes light and clean and bitter hoppy with a lingering sweetness. A little malty dishtowel flavor as well. Pretty good. Medium body, good carbonation. ajm (1072) - Los Angeles, California, USA - DEC 13, 2009
Tap at PP Carls. Nose of great reddish, sweet malts, fresh hops, and clean water. Color is a nice pink-orange. Flavor is very sublimely balanced and tasted just as fresh as anything they brew on site. Not too dank, but certainly not just an amber. Really good. alexanderj (3605) - Branson, Missouri, USA - NOV 26, 2009
On tap; how this got out to California is beyond me. Color was a dull, dark orange. Aroma of caramel, earth and citrus. Flavor was dominated by caramel elements, perhaps a bit too much. Citrus and earthy hops in the finish. Good for the style. brauen (25) - Crown Point, Indiana, USA - AUG 29, 2008
Pint from the tap. Nice golden color, very refreshing, awesome lacing left on glass. Has fruity/malty aroma, with distinct hoppiness. Taste blends a fruity flavor with mild hops finishes very clean and smooth.

On tap: Golden hue with a beautiful lasting frothy head which left great lace upon the glass. The aroma has a fresh hop citric overtone (mango, pineapple, catty) along with bready malts and slight hop spice. The taste is acidic fruit and sublime hop bitterness with a dry metallic finish, very balance with the pale malts and I think some Munich malt. As you drink it, the Centennial hop character show more and more. The mouth feel is crisp and clean. A very solid APA and a nice start for sure. Can’t wait to see what comes around during the fall and winter months from the brewery. MoDog (928) - Griffith, Indiana, USA - JUL 20, 2008
On tap at Crown Brewing and served in a pint glass. This beer poured a clear amber with a two-finger thick head of beige foam. Very good lace. The aroma of the beer was made up of pale malts, light caramel, and a healthy dose of orange and grapefruit. The flavor included light caramel, toast, orange, and grapefruit. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied with light carbonation. A nice APA. Very floral and quite drinkable.
