Draft. Fruity grainy malt aroma. Hazy copper with a moderate off-white head. Fruity barley malt flavor. Medium creamy body. Found this very enjoyable for a style I’m not usually all that excited about. BVery (11461) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - NOV 2, 2014
Tap at the brewpub. Slightly hazy orange pour with a smaller white head. Simple sweet caramel and malt in this. The beer doesn’t come off as overly sweet. Medium palate. Not bad. BBB63 (6567) - La Porte, Indiana, USA - OCT 30, 2010
Tap: Amber hued with an okay frothy head and lace. The nose detects sweet kilned caramel and vienna malts, some over ripened pear esters, hint of sulfur, and a touch of noble hop vapours. The taste while malt forward was not over sweet and actually pretty enjoyable for the genre. Not overly complex but the body and carbonation was well done. I could drink this again.
