Light copper color with a modest khaki colored head. Floor malt, caramel and hints of light spice in the aroma. Flavors are quite light, with light caramel and hint of dry spice. Toasted malt in the finish. A slightly better than average brown ale. 1/11

Pours a nice cola colored brown. Aromas of malts, fruit, and a touch of spice. Has flavors of chocolate, caramel, and a touch of wood. Kinda thin in the finish.

Bottle from Liquid Assets. Dark brown body with thin, lasting head. Nose is sweet, malts, caramel. Taste is quite strong of brown sugar cane, malts, floral plums. Pretty good.

FROTHINGSLOSH (8142) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 4, 2015
Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a murky brown color with a small soapy tan head that faded and left decent lacing. The aroma was malty, sweet and had a bit of dark fruit. The flavor was tangy, bitter, toasty and a bit sour and medicinal with faint dark fruits. Short finish. Medium body. Disappointing.

Sweet, metallic and astringent, which in my book is not a winning combination.

Bottle. Clear ruby maroon color, off white head. Aroma of figgy pudding. Taste has caramel, toffee, dark fruit.
