Bottle 33 cl. Pours an amber brown with a big off-white head and an aroma of fresh fruits, slightly acid, hops and some malts. The flavor is not too sweet, theres some notes of roasted malts, toffee, sweet chocolate, mild hops and vinegar. Not too bad.

Bottle at home. Clear mahogany with beige head. Looks quite nice. Brown sugar, bubblegum, dried raspberries, sweet malts, strawberry candy, cherry soda, light bread. Quite sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied, the carbonation is on the fizzy side. Not really a good dubbel.

Idiosynkrasie (7227) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - MAR 11, 2015
330ml bottle. Clear, copper-ish mahogany colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige to ochre head. Fruity, slightly vinous aroma, notes of cherry, morello, blackberry, diffuse red wine-spiciness in the background, marchpane basis; cherry fruity notes have a slightly artificial wine gum touch. Taste is dry, fruity, hints of morello, blue grapes and their parings, cautious remnants of spiciness. Variegated but slightly anaemic.
