How do you hide an ABV 10%, you put mangoes in front of it.
This is the perfect Imperial Mosaic II-IPA, take note breweries you cannot top this.
From the Bottle; poured with no head, a copper body, the flavors of Mangoes and tropical fruits overwhelm the palate leads to a non-lingering aftertaste of hops. 5/5 would buy again. Btbeers (11) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - AUG 19, 2015
Don’t normally rate things this high, but this beer is absolutely DELICIOUS. For a double IPA it’s extraordinarily balanced. They take a different approach to your typical DIPA.
This is not a beer for hopheads, but I’d say a connoisseur instead. It’s full flavored, slightly sweet, citrusy, even a bit fruity. It’s just awesome. An IPA for those who don’t even like IPAs. krumbum (1109) - truckee, California, USA - APR 26, 2015
Very fruity hop aromas. Glowing orange yellow with thin head. Warm sweet woody hop flavor. It finishes with a warm grain aftertaste. olyhoplvr (1) - - JUN 25, 2014 does not count
This is the best beer I’ve had in a long time. Too bad it was only on tap for a short time at a local spot. I look forward to trying it again. Brentv (672) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JAN 20, 2014
UPDATED: AUG 20, 2016 Poured from bottle a not quite clear golden with thin white head. Fruity aroma. Fruity citrus flavor with some mango. A little bit of orange candy. Sweet but not cloying. Medium carbonation. Sweet finish. Very very smooth. No hint of the alcohol at all. Very tasty.

Draught. Pours a hazy orange-amber color with a very large white head on it. Nose is very hoppy and inviting, with a lot of floral and grassiness to it. Taste is moderately bitter and very fresh. This ends up being rather smooth and refreshing. Great drink. Ratman197 (14822) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - MAY 10, 2015
On tap at Hops and Pie poured a clear gold with a small lasting ivory head. Aromas of straw, peach, tropical fruit, tangerine and pink grapefruit. Palate was medium bodied and crisp with amooth dry finish. Flavors of straw, peach, tropical fruit and pink grapefruit with a smooth dry bitter lingering fruity finish. slowrunner77 (12037) - Reno, Nevada, USA - OCT 14, 2014
UPDATED: OCT 29, 2016 Yes, please. Very well made double IPA - not over the top but very nice soft aromatics and flavor. Lots of floral and tropical fruit in both. Medium bittering. Sooooo smooth.
Also goes from tap to bottle very very well. Such a soft feel for a 10% beer!
10/16 - Stupid that a slightly stronger fresh hop version of this has to be listed as the same beer. Even softer and more crushable at 10%, exploding with tropical fruit and dankness, though not "juicy" like the NE IPAs we had with it. Pils malt finish...balalnced dankness, if that’s a thing. 4.4 for Mo Fresh. 4.3 for Half Hitch. 2 (not one!) of Crux’s best. mackRIS (37) - Tacoma, Washington, USA - NOV 12, 2014
UPDATED: NOV 13, 2014 On tap. Pours golden orange. Aroma is citrus, earthy, lemon, mango. Flavor is bitter, citrus, tropical fruit, earthy. andrewje41 (3874) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - FEB 24, 2014
UPDATED: JAN 18, 2015 Update: 375 mL bottle poured. Acquired a bottle that is only 3 weeks old. Bottled 12/22/14. Love this stuff fresh. Pours a semi cloudy golden color with an incredible mango fruit hoppy aroma. Sweet tropical fruit flavors with a good hop balance. An amazing IPA here.
