Had this in Mexico best by 06/09/17. Either it’s 3 months old or 6. Doesn’t look good or smell good. Skunky, buttery. Fairly dry. Some breadiness. Dumped. Thanks inbev, you just lost the cold beer war. Lowenbrau (4150) - Asturias, SPAIN - DEC 26, 2016

"3ª cata RateBeer Asturias".
A mild lager, some caramel, visocus mouthfeel, DMS, crisp. Average industrial cheap beer, some watery.
Złote. Piana średnio pęcherzykowa. Opada.
Aromat słodowy, lekko alkoholowy.
W smaku dziwnie kwaskowaty, jest lekka nuta cukru.
Nie zachwyca. flying_pig (1556) - SCOTLAND - DEC 6, 2016

A definite basic lager but an enjoyable one for what it was; I was expecting this one to be a lot worse than it proved to be prior to opening it. The beer was light & semi-sweet with some basic corn & vegetable adjuncts coming through alongside a light bitterness & touches of hay. It was inoffensive & very easy to drink, particularly while sitting in the Cuban sun; a welcome first Cuban beer & one that I ended up going back to several times over the course of my two weeks in the country.
Appearance: clear pale gold with a thin, short-lived white head, no lacing. (2/5) Aroma: grainy pale malt, adjunct sweetness, grassy, light skunk. (4/10) Taste: moderate sweet, mild bitter. (4/10) Medium-light watery body, moderate carbonation, sweetish short duration finish. (2/5)
My guess is this is basically the same recipe as Cristal, but with a slightly beefier malt bill, adding a little more colour, body, and ABV. But to be honest, I can’t be arsed to do the research. Slightly better than Cristal, perhaps, but still one that really belongs on a hot beach and pretty much nowhere else. And no, it’s not particularly fuerte. Aroma; pale malts, fruits, banana, yeast, caramel, sweet apple. Look; pearl head, clear half deep golden body. Taste; caramel, malts, apple, yeast, bread note, wort note - leading to a malt-fruity finish. Feel; normal. Overall; no offs, very straight, nothing really special, except for the origin. Aroma: almost nothing and esters.
Appearance: clear golden color and alomost no head.
Taste: realy weird, esters, some malty notes, red apples, dry.
Palate: low body and medium carbonation.
Overall: Indeed, it’s a travesty. Karstenborg (1044) - Hasselager, DENMARK - SEP 25, 2016

Gift from a friend. Aroma - słodkie, mokry karton, chmielu brak. w smaku głównie słodowość, chlebowe, goryczka bardzo niska, pijalność - średnia. Słabiej gazowane niż typowe koncerniaki.
