Bottle from the Fat Mermaid Deli, Amble. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of floral hops, fruity toffee. Taste is more of the same. Clean finish. Decent.

From 500ml bottle. Pours copper with a decent white head. Visually appealing. Aroma is faintly fruity and hoppy. Taste is of a medium to strong bitter. Some maltiness and fruit, but bitter overwhelms somewhat. Still, I'd recommend if you are a bitter fan ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On cask at the Guildford Arms. Appearance - amber with a decent head. Nose - light orange and earthy notes. Taste - more of the same really. Some lemon or grapefruit on the end. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - it’s a very drinkable 5.5% beer.
