And finally, after so many talks about this, here it comes...
Bottle from Imkerei Lauble in Lauterbach (http://www.fohrenbuehler-bienenhonig.de)

It pours a vivid honey color. The aroma is strong: honey, and soap, wax, pine needles; pungent. The mothfeel is thick enough; it’s very sweet; it has a good honey flavor with a very good citrusy counterbalance, both for flavor and acidity; quite fruity indeed.
Interesting product.

Bottle. As Franz Stettner Met Honigwein. It’s crystal clear in the glass, dark golden in color, still and headless. It’s very honey-ish on the nose, heather honey that is, with some alcohol, cellar hints and a generic flowery hint. It’s sweet, warming and full-bodied, with a rather boring heather honey taste. Some flowers and a herbal touch. Lasting sweet finish, but the alcohol prevents it from feeling cloying. Well, it’s quite nice this one, but too much on the heather honey side for my liking. 150405
