COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Available in 330ml bottles (not bottle conditioned).
Brewed in England with precision and passion to create a uniquely satisfying, drier, cleaner, fresher, lager beer. We use East Anglian malt, Saaz and Cascade hops, then re-ferment using Champagne yeast before adding a "dosage" of the rare and fragrant Nelson Sauvin hop, before cold filtering this unpasturised beer into bottle.

LazyPyro (1667) - Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - APR 17, 2016
33cl bottle. Pale yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is pale malts and light hops, floral. Flavour of pale malts, hops, some sweetness, slightly floral. Really smooth and refreshing lager, one of the best I’ve had.

SilkTork (5880) - Southampton, United Kingdom, Hampshire, ENGLAND - APR 4, 2016
330ml brown bottle, filtered, from Waitrose. Soft lager with some soft sweet fruit notes. Pleasant aroma. There’s some attractive qualities about this craft lager, but nothing significant enough to make me buy it again.

Juha (73) - Surrey, ENGLAND - JAN 18, 2016
Small glass at The Open Arms in East Grinstead (their house lager). Aroma sweetish citrus and tropcal fruits. Taste is grapefruity and tropical, some hoppy bitterness. Very clever and sophisticated lager, could be slightly crisper and dryer but the Cascade and NS hops make it very interesting.

jjsint (3516) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - DEC 4, 2015
Bottle at Artisan Tap, Bedford. Mid-gold with a big white head. Lots of carbonation. Floral and light vinous scent, with grass and candy sugar. Wow, really nice and unexpected. Taste is less impressive, a simple sweetness with only a hint of tempering bitterness. For a lager, this is excellent although it would struggle to hold its own among ’proper’ beer.

NallePalle (715) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - NOV 30, 2015
Bottle, 33 cl, Crown Rivers, Heathrow Terminal 5. Nice, refreshing lager, not too much carbonation, non-artificial sweetness that adds character. Would try again!

Very refreshing, ideal for a warm summers evening. Certainly carries a distinct aftertaste compared to other lagers. Reminds me of Kasteel Kru.

Cokemonkey11 (1106) - - SEP 7, 2015
33cl, brown bottle, scotch Hop. Pours medium golden and transparent with a medium to small white head subsiding slowly. Scent is light soapy notes and medium flowers and sweetness. Taste is medium cereal malts and slightly sour and bitter. Interesting. Fizzy. Good.

mt_hall (211) - Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - SEP 3, 2015
Bottled. Clear gold with a small off-white head. Floral, elderflower aroma with biscuit and yeast too. Vinous, elderflower flavours. Sweeter (and better) than a typical lager. Very soft, fine carbonation and a very clean finish.
