COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Available in Keg & 330ml bottles.
This balanced but powerfully hoppy India Pale Ale is brewed using the finest pale ale malt and three complimentary hops. We use Goldings - the traditional, fresh, sweet, delicate king of English hops. Then we add Bramling Cross, a spicy blackcurranty beauty and finish with a touch of extremely clean fresh Citra hop, for quenching zestines. We think that in balancing these 3 exciting hops we have created a beer of great power yet drinkable harmony.

33cl bottle from Waitrose. Hazy amber with a fast fading white head; resinous hop aroma; thick and buttery in the mouth with a piney hop flavour and a touch of honey giveing some sweetness; the finish is slightly rasping and peppery at first then mellowing to give a sustained grassy bitterness.

Bottle at home in London. Pours clear gold with a moderate, off-white head. Aroma holds some dry orange and grass, light leaves, very lightly toasted malts. Light to medium sweet flavor with mild bitterness of dry citrus, sun-kissed grass and leaves, a few berries, subtle dry caramel. Light bodied with average carbonation. Faintly dry and sticky finish with some lightly toasted malts, very mellow fruit sugars, faint grass and pine. It’s a pretty relaxed IPA overall, but it isn’t bad. Decent use of British hops in here.

Bottled 05/01/13. An orange coloured beer with a tiny wisp of off-white head. A sticky aroma of hops and over sweet malts. Decent orangey citrus hopping in the mouth. Malts too sweet again. Nice flavours apart from the sticky sweetness.

Bottle shared by Dutchdrebus @ weekly tasting. Clear orange to amber color, small off - white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, hops, decent bitterness. Not bad at all but I feel it could be a bit more outspoken. Medium body and carbonation.
