Can from Bruisin Ales in Asheville. Nice looking dark pour with a tan head that lasts. Really nice coffee and chocolate aroma. Good flavor too with malt, milk chocolate and espresso. Good beer but Harper doesn’t like it.

This is a rather smoky stout with more smoke than coffee until it warm up a bit. Some burnt toast. The aftertaste is markedly better than expected. Improved and has more coffee with warming.

Can. Pours a very dark brown body with a minimal wispy brown head. The nose is a pretty nice mix of coffee, lactose, and roasted malt. The coffee seems to be dominant. The flavor is pretty well balanced as well, the coffee is there, but. It overpowering of the milk stout. Nice lingering sweet finish. Very well done, I like that everything is in harmony. Medium bodied with soft fizzy carbonation. A rather nice beer, well done.

Tap at the source. Dark brown pour. Glass coating small-bubbled tan head. Extremely creamy with mild carbonation. Roasty coffee and mild chocolate. Very robust and very good. Cybercat (6582) - Georgia, USA - MAY 16, 2017
Can. Pours coffee brown with a thick and persistent tan head. Aroma delivers quality coffee, roast malt, semi-sweet chocolate, and subtle cinnamon tones. Flavor presents quality coffee, roast malt, chocolate, cinnamon and molasses notes - a winner. Mouthfeel offers firm body and some good fizz. Kawi you dig it?

Poured from a can into a pint glass. The appearance is pitch black with a medium sized brown head. The aroma is an exceptional blend of coffee and roasted malts. The taste matches the nose but with a healthy dose of pepper.
