This Peruvian beer pours with a dark brown color and a tan colored head, about two fingers of it with average retention.
The aroma was expected, but still very nice - roasted malts, caramel and coffee. It’s neither too strong, nor too weak.
The taste follows the nose. Sweet and roasted malts complemented by some caramel and coffee.
Enjoyable, smooth, drinkable.
Bottle. Black with some white foam. Taste and aroma is malt, some licorice, some roasted and some herbal. Short aftertaste. josanguapo (1615) - SPAIN - MAR 26, 2016
UPDATED: MAR 26, 2016 From Carrefour. In Teku glass. Watching True Detective 2x07. At first it positively surprised me. Thicker than expected body and licorice-like sweetness. The it tires and feels like a malt beverage caribou43 (989) - Lausanne/Sevilla/Lima, SWITZERLAND - DEC 6, 2015
Bottle. Dark brown color. Aroma and taste: sweet, caramel, dark fruits, brown sugar, a little roasted malts. edpeg (904) - Berlin, GERMANY - JUL 29, 2015
Dark brown impenetrable body, beige dense head. Aroma rosted malts, lirorice. Palte is watery, low carbonated, little oily. Taste is sweet mostly, with some malty , and lirorice notes. Finish is weak and sweet. Overall easy to drink Schwarzbier, slightly too sweet but not bad at all.

Negra, con espuma tostada. Aroma malteado. Sabor miy malteado, tostado. Muy muy dulce, lo que la invalida. Poco cuerpo tipico sudamericano. Floja cervmagpt (809) - PORTUGAL - MAY 8, 2015
Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 2C). Bottle 33 cl - Batch unknwon. AROMA: low roasted malt aroma with faint corn and caramel notes. APPEARANCE: dark brown color with slight ruby highlights and almost opaque. style average tanned head with average retention. TASTE: high sweetness from adjuncts or remembering under-attenuated wort. low roasted flavor masked by the sweetness with a cocoa character. no bitterness with a sweet finish. PALATE: medium-light body with average carbonation. OVERALL: a very sweet dark lager. unbalanced. JefVerstraete (3302) - Oosterzele, BELGIUM - APR 21, 2015
Bottle from Exotic World, Leuven. Dark brown, beige foam. Medium carbonation. Aroma of caramel, brown sugar and cola. Very sweet and malty. Unbalanced. Not very good. Ragnampiza (751) - Rome / Lecce, ITALY - MAR 14, 2015
330 ml bottle. Dark ruby red/brown with a huge, creamy and persistent light beige head. Looks great. Pretty pleasent aroma to be honest, rather cinnamon forward, earthy and slightly spicy, subtle roasted malts presence, cocoa powder as well. Completely different flavour wise, huge artificial caramel sweetness, more than normal astringency, overall cloying and too sirupy, especially for the style. Slightly grapey aftertaste. Average carbonation, medium body, oily texture. Not undrinkable, but quite disappointing as I love schwarzbiers but this one is, imho, subpar and quite different than your typical dark lager. 330 mml bottle tasted on the 09/03/2015. Black opaque beer with a medium beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, some licorice and sweet bread. Taste is little sweet with licorice, malts and sugar. Sweet aftertaste and toffee. Next one please!
