Apricot aroma, some bread like smell too. Taste is apricot, lemon, and citrus. ARH (1125) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 11, 2014
16oz can poured into a goblet. The initial smell is of honey, but it fades fairly quick. Notes of damp cardboard, grass, and a touch of floral come in to replace it with a caramel candy character as well. It pours an effervescent golden yellow with a touch of orange, and an oily look to it; although it fairly hazy look to it. The head is white and soapy with a runny lace - a light amount stays on the glass. A respectable, micro bubble layer remains throughout the drink with a moderately thick ring. It’s predominantly a medium sweet, with a medium light bitter touch at the finish. The medium bodied beer’s texture is oily with a somewhere between soft and flat. The finish is crisp with a floral, lightly fruity, and mostly caramel flavor. The caramel sticks around for a short while in the aftertaste, but it’s mostly a spicy dry and clean. semiotic (14) - Walton Hills, Ohio, USA - JUN 6, 2014
This is a fantastic brew for only 4.9 ABV. Subtle yet complex--understated malt and hops notes that are perfect for warmer weather. A little citrusy but very tasty for such low ABV. I love it! geeklimit (292) - USA - MAY 30, 2014
Pours a clear golden with minimal carbonation and a thin lace of head. Decent malt aroma. Bit of a stale malt taste with light fruit on the front, sticky bitter finish. patrick767 (4063) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - APR 18, 2014
bottle - Pours light gold with a very small white head. It has a mild grainy aroma. There’s mild bitterness in the flavor. It’s light on the malt too. Thin. There’s an off taste here, a sour note, and a very unpleasant finish. There may be some infection. It’s not overwhelming. Yet. Something isn’t right though. I couldn’t finish this beer.

A light and refreshing beer. This would be a great outdoor summer beer. Light body with a grassy aroma. Flavor is very mild and light of pale malts, wheat, grass, a touch of hops. Bransm (9) - Ohio, USA - MAR 9, 2014 does not count
Very thin. Very light. Good flavor if you want something easy. I'd pick up a 6-pack if I were looking for something light to go with dinner.

12oz bottle, from Crown Liquors in downtown Indianapolis. Really odd color. Kind of peachy, with a slight purple hue. Little, sort of bubbly white head. Dots of lace. Light to medium body. Smooth, crisp lighter carbonation. More dry finish. Very interesting aroma, too. Honey, lavender, hibiscus, some spicy hop. Light metallic. Moderate bitter taste, minimal sweet. Solid, smooth blond, not bad, pretty interesting. b3shine (8874) - Indiana, USA - DEC 21, 2013
Bottle to snifter (shared by DrSilverworm). Looks decent; a mostly transparent peach-ish gold with very thin off-white lacing. Smells and tastes of bread and floral notes with a solid mouthfeel. Not bad. jmarsh123 (163) - Indiana, USA - OCT 3, 2013
Pours a pale color with a very small white head and lots of bubbles.
Smells of yeasty toasty malts. Hard to detect many hops in the nose, but maybe a bit of spiciness.
A little bit of spiciness hits the palate at first and then rounds into a yeasty malt character at the end. Finishes a bit dry. The only knock is a slight funkiness in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel is pretty light with high carbonation. Just what I would expect from this style.
Pretty decent beer. Nothing special, but a solid easy drinking beer and the price is right ($3.69 a bomber when I picked it up) to make this a go too summer beer when I’m craving something local and lighter.
