Bottle 75 cl. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a small white head. Sweet fruity nose with a little yeast. Medium body, heavy carbonation - excessive - sweet and fruity, white sugars. Some warming alcohol. Rather unimpressive - your typical overcarbonated Belgian ale. 221112

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a medium white head. Aroma of champagne yeast, white wine, some sour fruits, citrus and pears. Flavour of sweet candied apples, loads of yeast, champagne, some white wine qualities, and some sweetness. Solid, though nothing special.

brokensail (16449) - Dublin, California, USA - SEP 4, 2012
The pour is a pale golden color with a white head. Straw, apple, and pear are the first aromas to hit the nose. Lots of biscuit malt and a light sugar sweetness. Some mild spice and yeast notes with a light floral and earthy hoppiness. The flavor is a bit saison-like. Light malt character with some sugar sweetness, a touch dry on the finish. Lots of apple and pear fruitiness with notes of straw and grass. Some light hop character on the back end and a nice high carbonation.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden color, average to medium sized white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly sweetish, lightly a hint of herbs or spices, a hint of yeasty sweetness. Don’t really get much more. Decent body, soft carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle shared by Marcus. Pours hazy light gold with a slight white head. Aroma is rather tart and fruity. Med body. Flavor is light fruity ester with some of it banana. Mild, yet flavorful. Seems to have a little noble hop in the finish. Refreshing.
